Artist retains full copyright on all artwork when a portrait is commissioned.
I reserve the right to display it on my website and social media pages. If you don’t want it to be shown online, you must notify me before the work starts.

Deposit is 50% non-refundable. A receipt will be emailed to you. When the deposit is sent, you will be advised of the expected finish time of the portrait. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the portrait and your approval of the portrait. The portrait must be paid in full before shipping.
